In Our Communities
Our promise, WE MAKE GREAT NEIGHBORS®, is more than a tagline it is a shared vision. Our company has developed strong local partnerships to support neighbors in need. As an enterprise, we lead two major initiatives each year our BACKpack 2 School Drive and our Fall Food Drive. We also partner with our associates to support numerous local organizations throughout the year.
Each of our offices across North Carolina accept food donations year-round. Additionally, our annual Fall Food Drive helps fight hunger in our local communities and provides our neighbors in need access to safe and nutritious food. In 2023, our team contributed over 104,255 meals to our local food banks in North Carolina.
We partner with Guardian at Litem every summer to provide backpacks to children in need across North Carolina. Our collective effort makes a big difference. In 2023, over 1,168 children began school with the supplies they needed to be successful as a result of our team’s commitment to the communities we serve.
